Development status

Orbital Wealth is a product being developed by Orbital Holdings Group, Inc. The application, website, features, integrations, and operating procedures remain subject to testing, review, and modification.

Access provided during development, demonstration, testing, or provider review may be limited, temporary, modified, or withdrawn at any time.

The service

Orbital Wealth is intended to provide convenient, read-only access to portfolio and account information on supported wearable devices.

Planned features may include portfolio totals, daily changes, account balances, holdings, quantities, prices, gain-or-loss information, favorites, selected-account views, privacy controls, and display preferences.

Features may vary by financial provider, account type, device, data availability, market status, authorization scope, and product version.

Eligibility and authorized use

Orbital Wealth is intended for adults who are legally authorized to access and view the financial accounts they connect.

A user must not connect an account, access information, or authorize a device unless the user has the legal right and appropriate authority to do so.

The service may not be available in every jurisdiction, for every account type, or through every financial institution.

Orbital Wealth accounts

Users may be required to create an Orbital Wealth account and provide information needed to authenticate access, recover the account, manage connected providers, and authorize supported devices.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Orbital Wealth credentials and recovery information and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Users are also responsible for reviewing and removing devices or provider connections they no longer recognize or use.

Financial-provider authorization

Users connect supported financial accounts through the provider's authorization process and choose whether to grant Orbital Wealth access to available account information.

The scope, duration, renewal, expiration, and revocation of provider authorization may be controlled by the provider and its applicable agreements.

Orbital Wealth is not designed to collect a user's brokerage username or brokerage password.

Read-only use

Orbital Wealth is intended to remain a read-only portfolio-monitoring application. It is not designed to offer:

• Order entry or trade execution.
• Account transfers or withdrawals.
• Automated or algorithmic trading.
• Discretionary account management.
• Instructions that change the user's financial positions or account ownership.

Users should conduct transactions through their financial provider's established mobile, desktop, telephone, or other authorized channels.

Information and data limitations

Information displayed through Orbital Wealth may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, rounded, summarized, or temporarily inconsistent with a financial provider's official systems.

Differences may result from provider update timing, market-data timing, calculations, account processing, corporate actions, option valuation, cash activity, network conditions, device refresh intervals, or temporary service interruptions.

Orbital Wealth should not be treated as the official record of an account. Users should consult the relevant financial provider's records, statements, confirmations, and applications before making financial or tax decisions.

No investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice

Orbital Holdings Group, Inc. is not acting through Orbital Wealth as an investment adviser, broker, dealer, fiduciary, attorney, tax adviser, or accountant.

Orbital Wealth displays information made available through user-authorized sources. It does not provide personalized investment recommendations, suitability determinations, financial planning, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.

Users remain responsible for their own financial decisions and for consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.

Acceptable use

Users must not:

• Access accounts or information without proper authorization.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, device, customer-isolation, or security controls.
• Interfere with the operation, availability, or integrity of the service.
• Probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where expressly permitted by applicable law or written authorization.
• Use the service to violate law, provider terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of another person.
• Resell, sublicense, copy, or commercially redistribute the service or data unless expressly authorized in writing.

Third-party providers and platforms

Orbital Wealth may depend on financial providers, market-data sources, hosting providers, communications services, device platforms, and application-distribution platforms that Orbital Holdings Group, Inc. does not control.

Use of those services may be governed by separate terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, account restrictions, and availability rules.

References to a provider, device manufacturer, or platform do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval unless expressly stated.

Intellectual property

Orbital Wealth, the website, application design, software, text, graphics, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Orbital Holdings Group, Inc., except for third-party materials and trademarks.

No ownership rights are transferred by allowing access to the website, application, testing environment, or service.

Availability and changes to the service

Orbital Holdings Group, Inc. does not guarantee that Orbital Wealth will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or supported by every provider.

Features, supported providers, refresh schedules, data fields, devices, access methods, and technical requirements may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued.

Disclaimers

During development, the website, application, and related services are provided for informational, evaluation, demonstration, or testing purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

Some jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to every user.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orbital Holdings Group, Inc. will not be responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrectly displayed information; third-party service failures; unauthorized account access caused by a user's failure to protect credentials; or decisions made outside the service.

Final commercial terms may include more specific liability limitations, exclusions, remedies, and dispute provisions after legal review.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or provider requirements, investigate suspected misuse, address security concerns, or discontinue a test or service.

Users are intended to have a method to disconnect supported providers, revoke device access, and request account closure, subject to identity verification and applicable retention obligations.

Changes to these terms

These preliminary terms may be revised as Orbital Wealth develops and before commercial release.

Final terms will include an effective date and may address fees, subscriptions, billing, cancellation, governing law, dispute resolution, support, warranties, and other provisions not yet finalized.
