Development status

Orbital Wealth is a product of Orbital Holdings Group, Inc. It is being developed as a read-only portfolio monitoring application for supported wearable devices.

The service is not currently offered for general public use. Some features and data-handling practices described here remain subject to testing, provider review, and change before commercial release.

Information involved in the service

Depending on the final service configuration, Orbital Wealth may process limited categories of information needed to create and operate an account, connect supported financial providers, and deliver portfolio information to an authorized device.

Account information

This may include an Orbital Wealth username, password-derived authentication information, recovery information, device authorizations, and application preferences.

Financial account information

After a user authorizes a supported provider, Orbital Wealth may retrieve account names, account identifiers, balances, positions, quantities, prices, portfolio values, and gain-or-loss information needed to provide the requested monitoring features.

Technical information

The service may process limited technical and operational information such as request times, device identifiers, service status, error details, and security-related records needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

How information is used

Information may be used to:

• Create and maintain an Orbital Wealth account.
• Connect and manage user-authorized financial provider access.
• Retrieve and display requested portfolio information.
• Apply account-selection, privacy, accessibility, favorites, and formatting preferences.
• Authenticate authorized wearable devices.
• Detect, investigate, and address operational or security issues.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and provider requirements.

Orbital Wealth is not intended to use customer financial account information to provide personalized investment advice, make discretionary investment decisions, or execute transactions.

Brokerage usernames and passwords

Orbital Wealth is not designed to request, collect, or store a user's brokerage username or brokerage password.

Users are intended to authorize account access directly through the supported financial provider's authorization process. The provider then supplies authorization credentials that permit the service to retrieve approved information within the scope granted by the user.

Information sharing

Orbital Holdings Group, Inc. does not plan to sell customer personal information or financial account information.

Information may be disclosed to service providers that support the operation, hosting, security, communications, or maintenance of Orbital Wealth, but only as reasonably necessary for those services and subject to appropriate contractual or technical safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, regulatory obligation, provider agreement, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, Orbital Holdings Group, Inc., or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Connecting a financial provider necessarily involves communication with that provider. The provider's own privacy practices govern information collected directly through its authorization and account systems.

Data retention

Orbital Wealth is being designed to avoid retaining more information than is reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Account settings, device authorizations, provider connection information, and records needed for security or legal purposes may be retained while an account remains active and for an appropriate period afterward.

Detailed portfolio and holdings information is not intended to be stored permanently when long-term retention is unnecessary. Some information may be processed temporarily or cached to improve reliability, reduce unnecessary provider requests, and support troubleshooting.

User choices and control

The planned service will provide controls that allow users to:

• Choose which authorized financial accounts are displayed.
• Manage application and privacy preferences.
• Revoke access for an authorized wearable device.
• Disconnect or reconnect a supported financial provider.
• Request assistance with account access or deletion, subject to identity verification and applicable retention requirements.

Security

Orbital Holdings Group, Inc. is developing administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information handled by Orbital Wealth.

Planned measures include encrypted transport, encryption of sensitive provider authorization information when stored, customer-scoped access controls, revocable device credentials, token rotation support, and separation between development and production environments.

Children's privacy

Orbital Wealth is intended for adults who are authorized to access the financial accounts they connect. The service is not directed to children under 13, and Orbital Holdings Group, Inc. does not knowingly intend to collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this page

This privacy information may be updated as Orbital Wealth develops, commercial providers are selected, legal requirements are evaluated, and the service approaches public release.

The final privacy policy will include an effective date and any additional disclosures required for the jurisdictions in which the service becomes available.
